Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Appointments
We have established a cancellation and rescheduling policy in accordance with your needs and current legislation.
Cancellation and Refund:

The client must communicate their decision to cancel up to a maximum of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

In the event that the client cancels the appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, they are still required to make the payment for the session.

An exception to the above-mentioned situation is considered in cases of the death of a close family member, sudden illness after the already scheduled appointment, hospital stay, or any other event that effectively prevents attendance at the session.

These measures take into consideration respect for the professional’s activity and the therapeutic work being carried out, assuming that priority is given to the ongoing process.
