Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Appointments

We have established a cancellation and rescheduling policy in accordance with your needs and current legislation.

Cancellation and Refund:

  • The client must communicate their decision to cancel up to a maximum of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • In the event that the client cancels the appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, they are still required to make the payment for the session.

  • An exception to the above-mentioned situation is considered in cases of the death of a close family member, sudden illness after the already scheduled appointment, hospital stay, or any other event that effectively prevents attendance at the session.

  • These measures take into consideration respect for the professional’s activity and the therapeutic work being carried out, assuming that priority is given to the ongoing process.
