Simultaneously involving the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects, perfectly aligned and integrated, it allows an intimate encounter with oneself, raising awareness of sexual energy as a healing and enhancing force of vitality and existential pleasure.

While inviting the development of pleasure, creating new neural pathways in cognitive and emotional intelligence, it fosters profound internal transformation, consecrating the spiritual mystery that each of us carries.

The course aims to grant women greater knowledge of their intimate physiology and sexual energy as a tool for empowering their erotic and feminine selves, promoting self-confidence, self-esteem, and their capacity for relationships.
