If the ability to connect with our own sensations is diminished, the intimate-erotic contact with those we love is not felt, it is numb, and easily we fall into profoundly malnourishing sexual relationships, empty of intimacy and often lacking truth…
We can even lose the sense of identity, disowning our body and soul. We lose the ability to recognize what brings satisfaction, pleasure, what we like or dislike, and what we should avoid.

This 3-day immersion course invites us to relearn what it means to genuinely feel pleasure in our own skin.

Learning maneuvers does not involve any sexual contact between participants but includes genital massage exercises as part of learning the techniques.

How the training unfolds:
